Pain and swelling since chalazion surgery 1 year ago - Options to restore comfort and cosmetic appearance of my eyelid? (Photos)

I had chalazion removal surgery on my left upper eyelid one year ago and have constant scratching pain and throbbing of my eyelid ever since. I have two lumps by my puncture in the medial aspect. My eyelid is thick and lumpy, constantly inflamed and droopy. I believe there is scar tissue rubbing against my eye and causing me constant pain. My blink is also affected and my eyelid feels like it doesn’t sit the same as my healthy eyelid on the other eye. My vision has deteriorated in the affected eye since the surgery also. What options are there to fix this, restore comfort and the cosmetic appearance of my eyelid? Thank you.
