How to treat upper bleph scar bumps at outer corners of both eyes (where incisions ended)? (Photos)

I am 17 months post-operation of an upper blepharoplasty. At one year post-operation, I went back to my surgeon to show these scar bumps at the outer corners of both of my eyes. But she said she didn't see enough tissue to do something about it or to revision it. I am currently looking for different treatment options for these bumps because they bother me daily. I've been to a second surgeon who referred me to his wife who is a specialized dermatologist in laser treatments. She suggested fractional CO2 laser, but I am a little bit apprehensive about it because I am hypopigmentation prone and I definitely don't want to make anything worse. The bumps don't feel very firm to the touch, they feel pliable most of the time. Although I went to a third surgeon for another opinion, and she said she definitely felt something there. It isn't very obvious, it's not like a very rock-hard bump, but she felt something there. She suggested cortisone shots, which I'm also a little bit apprehensive to, because I've heard that cortisone shots can cause an indentation in the skin and I don't want to make the indentation right above the raised tissue worse. I really don't know what the best treatment for these bumps are. I kinda hope that giving it more time will still solve this, but at 17 months, it's looking less likely to happen. (Although I have been a slow healer during this whole process, maybe because I have an auto-immune history, idk)
