My botox lip flip is wearing off (6 units total upper lip only) and I have visable extra skin on my upper lip now. I did not like the results or what it did to my smile. Im in the home stretch and now this. Everything I read says your lips will go back to normal, I cant find anything to confirm that stretched lip skin can happen. I am so afraid this is permanent. I will not consider injections again. Is there anything else I can do? Will it resolve when the botox completely wears off?

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
Your eyes are pretty symmetric to me. If you are talking about the slight bit of upper lid skin on the left side? then more botox would not help it. It appears from the picture that your left face is higher than the right. If that's the case there will also be some minor differences in each side.
It will eventually come back. If you are young and have not had a lot of botox yet, your body may need sometimes to metabolize it. Eventually your masseters will come back and your face will return to normal.
