I’m searching for a more feminine balanced face also to help me with my wide nose when I smile. I’m open to all feedback. I do get Botox in my massaters for clenching.

Answer: Enhance with injectables Hello. From the static photo you show, you are a beautiful person, and I don’t see any significant “expression muscle” wrinkles. Those are the types of wrinkles that Botox addresses. I do notice a little increased depth to your nasal folds. You could do a syringe of filler there and make a noticeable difference. My favorite treatments are those that build collagen and improve the quality of the skin rather than just making things look better. I encourage you to explore resurfacing lasers, Sculptra (an injectable collagen builder), and Ultherapy in the future.

Answer: Botox & HA Fillers Work Well For Facial Contouring & Diminishing Dynamic & Static Wrinkles, Folds, & Jowls Closeup front-face and profile views, both non-smiling, would be extremely helpful for determining what filler and/or neurotoxin treatments might be best in your particular case. What I can say, generally speaking, if that robust HA volumizing fillers are used to contour a more feminine, oval, heart-shaped face and augment chin projection;; robust HA lifting fillers can straighten the angles of the mouth and treat marionette lines, as well as directly elevating and smooth smile lines. cohesive, low viscosity, malleable HA fillers can treat tear troughs and under-eye hollows, as well as elevate and smooth perioral "lipstick bleeding" lines, as well as forehead worry line creases. Botox (and other neurotoxins) can diminish dynamic motion-related (dynamic wrinkles) forehead worry lines, crow's feet around the eyes and "eleven lines" between the eyebrows Even with the best of photos, what precisely is needed here can best be determined from an in-person consultation with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
