Droopy mouth corners called marionette lines are easily reversed with hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane, Versa or Juvederm. Botox injections can also help, but won't last as long. Stay away from kybella for that area.

Injecting Kybella around the mouth is inappropriate for a multitude of reasons. The medication can strip the myelin sheath leaving facial nerves paralyzed. contours around the mouth are not related to fat distribution. Restoring the lost volume from Kybella with Fillers now leaves you dependent on fillers every six months forever because of her mistake.

I don’t know what the credentials are of the person you’re working with but I suggest you consider having a few formal in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.

Kybella is not approved for any other area than submental. I would suggest finding a Board certified injector to evaluate and you will likely need some filler in that area. Sculptra would not be the filler I would suggest. See a Physician that is highly qualified.
