I had ultherapy on neck, waste of money and no difference on neck..i have mild jowls and few fatty pouches under chin. What's the best non invasive treatment for these areas. Prefer no mini lift either. kybella vs another neck other noninvasive treatments
Answer: Mini Facelift & Mini neck lift -- FaceTite RF for internal skin tightening + Neck Liposuction for definition/contouring FaceTite can internally tighten the skin in the lower face and neck. After all the skin has been heated and contracted, we shape the neck with liposuction to give definition and remove stubborn pockets of fat. In one quick treatment, we can tighten skin, remove fat, and contour the lower face, jawline, and jowls with only a weekend of downtime. Keep in mind that combination approaches will give you a more significant improvement as opposed to a single procedure. I recommend getting a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Kybella Dear casino01, Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella. Answer: Treatment recommendation Treatment recommendations need to be based on an assessment or another words anesthetic diagnosis. From what you describe your problems are most likely all related to facial bone structure. In particular I’m guessing you have an undersized mandible that lacks projection. Young people who have concerns of a premature double chin, lack of jawline definition and premature jowls tend to have Amanda ball that is small and Lacking in projection compared to the Maxilla. When that’s the case the patient will also typically have a dental overbite occlusion and I’m profile pictures showing upper lip that has more forward projection than the lower lip. Attempting to treat skeletal and balance with soft tissue manipulation is most likely going to lead to an impressive results. Inappropriate use of Kybella can leave people disfigured and the product is not approved for the use in the jowls. The marginal mandibular branch of the facial nerve goes through the jowls in a superficial plane and the nerve has a high chance of being damaged leaving the patient with at least temporary facial paralysis from attempted fat removal in the jow. Without pictures we can’t make an assessment. If you want a quality assessment then you should have multiple in person consultations with local board certified plastic surgeons. Liposuction is the gold standard for the removal of undesirable subcutaneous fat. Kybella is unpredictable and can lead to irreversible undesirable outcomes. First in for most patients considering facial aesthetic intervention need to have a clear understanding of what the problem is before randomly choosing procedures. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
