You can use vbeam and still apply topical medications, although typically i have people wait till all the bruising is settled.  Best, Dr. Emer.

V Beam is color blind and can be used on darker skin tones. With any laser comes potential side effects including swelling, redness, pain, bruising, burns and change in pigmentation. Please seek an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Vbeam settings are dependent on the type of redness/vessels you are treating.  I suggest you see an expert for evaluation.  The settings described aren't standard.  I find the yellow laser even better though.  Best, Dr. Emer.
