After V-Beam treatment with bruising, when can I resume Duac and Tazorac?

Vbeam settings are dependent on the type of redness/vessels you are treating.  I suggest you see an expert for evaluation.  The settings described aren't standard.  I find the yellow laser even better though.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Vbeam is not affected by topicals however if someone did purpuric settings (ie you are very bruised) then you should consider avoiding topical treatments.  Best, Dr. Emer.

There are many settings used for diffuse redness, thin small vessels on nose, thin vessels on face/cheeks, blue vessels.  some stack the pulses or prolong them to get more improvement.  this has to be individualized.  Best, Dr. Emer.
