I’ve noticed my face overal is uneven, but I notice it more with eyes and would like to start there with fixing them. However I’m not sure what surgery is available to me or what I should be looking for in terms of correcting what I have.

Answer: Uneven eyes... I believe a consultation with an Oculoplastics & Orbital specialist would give you accurate answers. Facial asymmetry is not unusual and may be just normal variation, but there are many other causes that should be considered and evaluated. If the asymmetry is indeed developmental variation, then there are many options for surgical procedures - too many to quote a cost. Generally, most eyelid procedures may be done in an office setting - and are less costly than orbital procedures which are done with general anesthesia in an ASC or hospital setting.
