Thank you for your question regarding your uneven eyes. The appearance of your eye/eyelid is due to numerous structures including your bone structure. Above your bone structure are muscles, cartilage and skin, none of which is symmetrical. Your body is not born with symmetry, rather by asymmetric balance which is present in your eyelids. You have mild fat prominence in your lower lids which can be improved with fat removal inside the eyelid.( trans conjunctival blepharoplasty).
