Thank you for your question regarding your uneven eyes. The appearance of your eye/eyelid is due to numerous structures including your bone structure. Above your bone structure are muscles, cartilage and skin, none of which is symmetrical. Your body is not born with symmetry, rather by asymmetric balance which is present in your eyelids. You have mild fat prominence in your lower lids which can be improved with fat removal inside the eyelid.( trans conjunctival blepharoplasty). I believe a consultation with an Oculoplastics & Orbital specialist would give you accurate answers. Facial asymmetry is not unusual and may be just normal variation, but there are many other causes that should be considered and evaluated. If the asymmetry is indeed developmental variation, then there are many options for surgical procedures - too many to quote a cost. Generally, most eyelid procedures may be done in an office setting - and are less costly than orbital procedures which are done with general anesthesia in an ASC or hospital setting.
