My skin started burning 2 weeks after Microneedling. It feels like it’s tearing. What would cause that? (Photo)

I had Microneedling done with AnteAge stem, GF and Cytokines. I am a keloid scarer which I disclosed to my the gal that did my Microneedling. She said she wasn’t going deep enough to scar. She commented that she could Microneedle me forever because my skin didn’t turn pink as quickly as others. Fine by the next day. However two weeks after I have burning around my nose and red lines around my mouth that feels like my skin is tearing. Now 5 weeks and still on/off burning. Help!!!
