Best post serum for microneedling?

Hi, I read different reviews about serum/cream to use after microneedling procedure. Please guide me on which serums are the BEST to use, how many times a day AM & PM. Which day should I start using the serum for post microneedling? I read great reviews on Skinmedica TNS Recovery Complex & Sente Dermal Repair Cream. Any advice/suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thank you all!
