I just had a donut lift and anlargment can i put ice on it my right side feels huge swallow a little the surgery was yesterday mornings at 8 am

This is a terrible idea that will significantly impair the blood supply to the nipple and risk losing the nipple altogether.

Icepacks or frozen peas can be applied to the breasts after surgery for comfort.  Follow your surgeons recommendations for dressings and bra wear.  Do not use heating pads or hot water bottles.  If one side looks significantly larger than the other, that might be a sign of bleeding - call your surgeon and have it checked out ASAP.
