I just had a donut lift and anlargment can i put ice on it my right side feels huge swallow a little the surgery was yesterday mornings at 8 am

Breast lift with implants may not be the best idea at a heavier weight as the lift may need to be redone after you lose the weight.

I generally recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after surgery so by this time you are fully recovered and should be able to go back to your regular routine without any limitations.  That being said, with DDD cup breasts, running and other high impact activities are likely to increase...
