4 weeks after breast lift with augmentation, Lower part of my breast is shiny? (photo)

Do I need to worry about anything? My insition looks good. This is not a good picture cause it's very shiny.

Thank you for question and for posting your photo. It is quite normal for the skin, when tense and to a certain extent, swollen, to appear shiny.
