Does deviated nasal septum or nasal obstruction can cause tinnitus(two ears) at night .

Hello I wish you have a nice day. Does deviated nasal septum or nasal obstruction can cause tinnitus. Can you information me please? I was read some article and nasal obstruction or deviated nasal septum effect ears and ears presssure can cause tinnitus symptoms . Can you information me please? Best regards. Sincerely.
