Will my droopy eyebrows fade away faster then waiting for the full effects to end? (Photos)

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. If you have concerns, it is best to contact your provider for a proper assessment. In the future, I highly recommend only seeking treatments from a reputable, experienced injector. Such experts will know the best product to use for addressing your concerns, how much to use, and precisely where to place injections to achieve the most natural-looking results.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Dysport usually lasts about 3 months but can feel heavier or stronger the first few weeks.  Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the effects or help to metabolize it faster.  However, moderate exercise regularly has been known to minimize the duration a bit.   Best of luck. 

The effects of Dysport will wear off gradually over 3 to 4 months. You should begin noticing the brow heaviness to improve over the next few weeks. Contact your injector for an evaluation if you have concerns.

Typically if you have brow ptosis, this will improve is 2-4 weeks. Occasionally, additional Dysport can improve the drooping by placement in the depressor supercilii and/or orbicularis oris muscle. If there is absolutely no movement in the forehead, the chances of this rescue injection working is very low. 

it looks like from your before photos that you are very 'dependent' on your frontalis - ie - you have some hooding most likely when your forehead is relaxed, but you compensate for this by raising your brows. while i would say that 79 units to the frontalis is a lot, your brows actually look like they are in good position, however i'd imagine that you are annoyed by the heaviness. the good and bad thing about dysport is that it doesn't last forever. next time i would suggest a bit of a lighter touch on the frontalis

Dysport results last 3-4 months and you will probably need to wait a good part of that for your eyebrows to return to normal. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse Botox or Dysport. In the future, a lower dose of  Dysport should be used on the forehead or the forehead injections should be avoided all together since your lids appear heavy at rest as well. 

Great question!  Sometimes the changes will settle out a bit during the first two weeks, but in general Dysport will last 3-5 months as the effects gradually wear off.  
As a general principle, it is frequently an aesthetic compromise between entirely erasing forehead wrinkles and causes the eyebrows to droop.  For a younger patient such as yourself, in my opinion 39U in the forehead of Dysport is a relatively high dose for a first injection.  For future treatments, I would recommend continuing the V-shaped glabellar injections (typically 50U of Dysport is a reasonable starting dose in that location) plus an additional few units in the tail of the R eyebrow to help with arch and eyebrow symmetry as your injector did.  If you want to treat the forehead, I would recommending keeping the injections very high and decreasing the dose (no more than 25U in my opinion in the forehead and could start even lower).  
Regardless, make sure you see an experienced injector board certified in one of the core aesthetic specialties.  Best of luck!
