Post op 15 months from facetite, chin lipo and platysmaplasty. Just started laser for scar improvement. Wondering if there is anything non surgically I can do to improve the area to the side of the incision that is puckered out. Also anything I can do to help with the vertical lines in the skin when stretching my neck out, I’m mid 30s and I feel like that ages me. Edited to add before and after photos.
