What should 270 cc saline, under muscle get me?

Without various measurements it would be hard to tell. Here is why: It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal breast image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your breast will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. To illustrate; a 100 cc difference may make a significant difference with a narrow base width breast, but much less of a difference if you have a wide chest wall and wide breast “foot print”. Therefore, just because your friend may have a great result with let’s say a 350 cc implant to make her go from a “A” cup to a “C” cup size does not mean that you will have the same result with the same size implant. . Further simply placing implants in a bra to determine the size best for you is not always accurate as the bra often distorts the size, is dependent on the pressure the bra places plus the implant is outside your breast and not under it among other variables. Computer software morphing programs that automatically determine the best implant size can be helpful in some but not all cases (e.g. doesn’t work well in my experience with existing implants, sagging or asymmetric breasts). Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon

My general rule of thumb is that 200cc gets you a cup size.  You are very petite, however, so I will estimate that you will end up in the large B to small C range (but don't quote me !).  All the best.

at this stage it's usually difficult to predict the final results, and I am not sure how you can determine that you developed 'scar tissue' as scar tissue takes 3 months to fully develop.  At this stage and without additional photos or information, all I can suggest is that you follow your surgeon's instructions.

dear patient, too bad we do not have a picture. Not sure why you need taping now...is the implant too low ?but given your measurements, you are petite and slim, my guess is you must be 30 around the chest wall..so impossible to find a bra in that size. so I would think you should be a 32 C by now with 270 cc.a good guess of course...good luck with the recoveryFlorence Mussat

I am sorry to hear of your difficulty.  It is very difficult to comment without at least a photograph but the taping suggest that the implant may be too low on that side and the other side may not be dropping properly.It is very important to follow up closely with your plastic surgeon and follow your surgeon's advice.Very generally speaking, a nonscientific estimate is a 270 cc breast implant may increase you by 1 cup size in the same style and manufacturer of bra that you wore before surgery.
