Older candidates for mommy makeover, possible or not?

Realme6
I would like to know why PS will not perform work on women 55 and older?, I have noticed the majority of RS community are younger, should I just forget it. I am healthy, no diabetes, but I do have high blood pressure which it has remained below 120/80 and I monitor daily, plus I can come off medication after losing 20 lbs. which I am in the process to getting healthy. Your comments will help me understand.
