Hi I am a 24 year old male i have noticed that my face is becoming more and more asymmetrical. One eyelid droops more than the other and the same eye is sunken in, one cheek is flatter than the other and the jaw bone is lesser than the other, also on the same side of the temple and forehead also appears to be flatter than the other side and finally there has been more hair loss on that side of the face and also the hair is weaker on that side. this is not genetic because i only noticed this recently.
