6 months post-op & eyelid still raised on downwards gaze - is this fixable? (Photo)

Had eyelid surgery 4/1/22 to remove what was thought to be chalazion. I just want to know if this is fixable. I’ve seen my operating doctor and another both said it should get better with time but it’s been 6 months so I’m not sure.
