My eyes are uneven/different size, are there any surgery/procedures that can fix it? (Photo)

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. Thank you for your question. You have a condition called Ptosis. It is when the upper eyelid droops over the eye. It sometimes droops so much that it covers the pupil which is your case. This condition not only limits normal visison , it may also affects the persons self esteem. Treatment means surgery. During the surgery, the excess skin is removed and the muscle that lifts the lid is tucked muscle can be reattached and strenghtened.

Hello, thank you for your question. I would consult with your plastic surgeon about doing a reconstructive eyelid surgery blepharoplasty with tarsal strip repair. Its not just the excess skin that needs to be excised there is a bit more to it.
