I’ve always had quite asymmetrical looking eyes, one is definitely lower and smaller than the other. Is there any kind of surgery to perhaps make them look the same. I understand I can’t do much about the height difference but more interested in the shape.

It would not be possible to say whether this is a larger scar or retention cyst? Injection of small dose of Kenalog may help to decide; if that is a scar, it will soften and become smaller; cyst will stay the same and will need surgical removal. Good luck.
