Thank you for your question. You are correct, surgical intervention will give the best and longest lasting results. However, microneedling with RF could be a great minimally invasive alternative to help reduce the size of the festoons. PRF injections would likely not have much of an effect on them. Hi!Considering PRF injections would help with any discoloration in the tear trough area, as well as mask the puffiness your experiencing. If you don't already take a daily antihistamine, I strongly suggest doing so daily, as this will help minimize the swelling in the under eye area. Another recommendation would be radiofrequency microneedling, such as SylfirmX. This can be performed under the eyes to help skin texture and tightening. I hope this helps!Thank you!
