I had a patient with a very similar appearance. I used some reasonably dense HA filler with a canula to fill the area with a nice result. Sadly dont have a photo but it was a pleasing result
Yes they should go back to normal provided the filler is dissolved by the hyaluronidase. It usually will be impure fillers or thick fillers might take more than one treatmentDiscuss this with your injector
These are fairly typical nasolabial lines and you also have a mid cheek groove. These suggest some fat pad issues.They are easily addressed with an HA filler which should last about a year
