I was born with Ptosis, i'm finally doing something about it and can't wait, I have to wait 9 weeks until i can see a specialist, my optometerist didn't fill me with confidence when i asked him for the referral. What are the success rates of getting reasonably symmetrical eyes?

Hi. It looks like you have some mild lid retraction, rather than a true ectropion, which would be more severe.It should resolve over a couple of months, if you are diligent about lower lid massages and taping. Have your PS show you how to do this properly.
