Hello Aryaveer,Numbing cream is applied prior to your microneedling treatment and would not be recommend during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We have several patients who are treating smaller areas, such as acne scars, surgical scars and pores during their pregnancy and while breastfeeding, we are just not applying the numbing cream. It is a bit uncomfortable but since we are not doing a full face or larger area it is tolerable.Best to you,
