I've had my implants for 5 years now. I am 21 weeks pregnant and can feel some sort of lump at the top of my right breast. The lump feels hollow and I am able to push it in. Could this be my silicone implants?

From your photo, the concern is less about the implant and more about the procedure. You have a constricted breast that needs particular attention surgically - release of the lower breast and lifting of the nipple. And, saline is clearly an inferior choice with respect to implants as they are ...
It really depends on your breast tissue. The more you have the more they will "bounce"! Saline are usaually put in back of muscle so they will usually bounce less.
Mean as HgB above 10 can easily tolerate a procedure. Still, its best for you to find out what is wrong as to why you are anemic and fix that before having elective surgery if you are truly 'too anemic' to have surgery.
