I've had my implants for 5 years and I'm 21 weeks pregnant. I can feel a lump. Is this my silicone implant?

I've had my implants for 5 years now. I am 21 weeks pregnant and can feel some sort of lump at the top of my right breast. The lump feels hollow and I am able to push it in. Could this be my silicone implants?
