Hi I have both upper and lower blepharoplasty done 4 weeks ago. The wounds are healing however I got Suture granuloma on inner corner of my upper eyelids and still there. I went back to my surgeon and he said it could be due to the reaction from radio frequency pen used to make incisions on my Asian skin. Would suture granuloma eventually disappear?

Thanks for the question and photos. Unfortunately, it is difficult to make a thorough assessment based on these images. It does appear a brow lift might help you further enhance your appearance. I recommend you schedule an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon who will evaluate you...
Hello! This a completely normal practice with lower lid procedures. If you are concerned with the bruising, that is common as well. Be sure to have your surgeon address all of your concerns prior to you procedure.
You have significant hemi-exophthalmos or relative proptosis. You will not have success with canthoplasty. Orbital decompression is the right approach. Save your money for the right procedure.
