I'm not sure what your physician means by "microdosing" but I think your nasolabial folds would respond best to standard treatment dosing using an HA filler like Restylane Refyne or Restylane Defyne. Based on these limited photos, it's unclear to me if you would benefit from filler treatment to the tear troughs although if you are getting the tear troughs treated, the filler I would recommend is Restylane.
Micro dosing int these areas is probably not necessary, it's usually used to given more control for microdroplets in sensitive areas such as under the eye in the tear trough. For the areas you've pointed out, you would be fine injecting with a cannula but these would look better after a cheek lift.
Hi @baze92! Retinol helps decrease inflammation, unclog pores, and reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. However, it will not help improve sunken eyes. I would recommend a HA dermal filler like Juvederm Voluma or Restylane.
There are no contraindications to injection of dermal fillers or collagen stimulants in patients with history of facial nerve weakness including Bell’s palsy.
