Maxillary hypoplasia treatment? Implants or fat fillers?

Hello surgeons How hard is it to treat maxillary hypoplasia? I have heard that fillers fat give a “full look” but cant give forward projection in the midface and structure. This is where I guess an implant would come in. Want to avoid implants, reasons being 1. Bone erosion 2. Poor results seen via web. Blocky fake 3. Terrible reviews 5. Lack of info on the web Also. If u where to fill the apples of the cheeks, could u do with a “lift”, so the cheek is set higher. Just want advice thanks !
