I'm of Asian descent and currently have PIE (and a little PIH) from a sudden and acute breakout a in May 2017. My acne has now subsided, but there is some bad scarring across both cheeks. I'm seeing someone to undergo Infini RF treatments, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to do it before my PIE settles down, as I heard it may make the PIE worse. Is this true? What would you suggest?

PIH after Infini is very unusual. This needs to be treated with hydroquinones, retin A, can chemical peels. Deeper passes and lower energies are needed to prevent this. It is also possible that you had underlying melasma and this was intensified with the treatments. Fraxel is more likely to...
This is a common post treatment occurrence especially on darker skin types. The track marks should gradually fade after 4-6 weeks time. In the meantime, you could be treated with the Spectra laser to encourage the exfoliation process.
