Follow-Up: Will fat atrophy caused by cortisone injection resolve over time? (photo)

I had a cortisone injection in my right cheek, about 2 months after I noticed an indent in my face. Is this likely to resolve on its own in a year or 2? Or do I need cosmetic treatment. I feel very embarrassed. Photos are oldest to newest
