I had a cortisone injection in my right cheek, about 2 months after I noticed an indent in my face. Is this likely to resolve on its own in a year or 2? Or do I need cosmetic treatment. I feel very embarrassed. Photos are oldest to newest

Fat transfer to the face can be done relatively pain-free with local anesthetic, however, if you are very concerned, you may be able to benefit from intravenous sedation. I would recommend speaking with your surgeon about your concerns.
