Aggressive microneedling / loose and orange peel skin afterwards

I had 6 mircroneedling sessions in the last one she did it too deep and did it aggressively. After that my skin is so wrinkly. I look 10 years older and have hyperpigmentation.. it’s been over 8 months it’s getting worse Please let me know how can I fix this. Is it fixable or not? I’m thinking to go on tretinoin. Right now I’m on accutane as my acne was appearing again so my dr put me on accutane again. Can I use tretinoin while I’m taking accutane 20 mg?
