Microneedling when immunocompromised?

I have colitis and autoimmune hepatitis, both are well managed and I have no symptoms however I am taking imuran and infliximab every 5weeks. Given I am immunocompromised would it be safe for me to do at home microneedling?

Microneedling is a procedure that uses small needles to prick the skin to generate new collagen and skin tissue. Although it's generally considered safe for healthy individuals, it could pose risks for people with certain health conditions, including those who are immunocompromised.

In your case, being immunocompromised and having colitis and autoimmune hepatitis may increase your risk of infection or adverse reactions to microneedling, especially if done at home without professional supervision. The medications you are taking, Imuran and infliximab, are also immunosuppressive, which could further increase your risk.
