Holes on Nose Months after Vascular Laser Treatment for Red Veins on Nose - how can I repair this damage? (Photos)

Question

I had a vascular laser treatment done at a medusa on my nose to treat red veins/broken capillaries. The day after the service I noticed white puss and it then formed a scab. Then I was left with two holes/indents on the left side of my nose. Now 6 months after I had this treatment done the two holes haven't gone away. Makeup does not cover the holes as they are actual holes, not dark marks or discoloration. Any suggestions for corrective treatments I can do to fill in the holes/repair the damage done to my face from this laser service?

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser.  Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Unfortunately, there's not much to do. You can try things, but usually they end up causing more harm than benefit (or at best don't help). I'd suggest giving it a lot of time as they tend to soften over months and months.
