Can someone help me fix my left broken cheekbone once and for all? (photos)

Question

I have three fractures on my left cheek area, temple, corner or the eye, and middle of the cheek, I had an implant put in, over twenty years ago it's allot flatter now and seems to have slipped down a bit, as I have well under that eye. The eye is also starting to sag on that side wondering if anyone can design an implant especially for my situation?

Your condition is getting worse because there is soft tissue atrophy due to aging, multiple surgeries, possibly implant presence and shift. Reconstructive surgery with zygoma advancement and  bone grafts would be best solution. However, it is very extensive procedure and I am not sure whether your insurance will cover it. Other option would be replacement of cheek implant and fat grafting on top to correct soft tissue volume.You should seek a consultation by an experienced plastic surgeon or even better, a craniofacial surgeon in your area for detailed clinical evaluation and discuss your options.
