2 years ago I did some cool sculpting on my abdomen area and that started me a program to get into better shape and try to shape my body like I wanted it to look. I was in my late 50's and had had 4 children so things needed "shaping" up. Now, I came back to do a bit more cool sculpting to finish what hard work and dieting hadn't really done . I am in the waiting phase right now so I don't know how successful it is going to be but I have high hopes. This time the machine heads were bigger thus covering more area. The suction seemed to be less and there was not any bruising this time either! Both times, the pain was a non entity and I was able to work out and do my normal day to day activities without any issues.

Love coolsculpting and how it has transformed my body. I've lost a little over 100 lbs. and have been trying to fix the damaged since then. Coolsculpting has given me the confident to wear a two piece and feel comfortable in my own skin. We have been working on my legs lately and seen a great improvement. I would have never achieved my current look without coolscuplting. I love everyone in the office and they always made me feel comfortable. It's hard to show others your problem areas but I've never felt embarrass and enjoy walking in the office.

I am beyond happy with my results from my coolscupting treatments so far! One of my customers walked in the door the week before I decided to do it and I immediately noticed she looked different. I asked her what have you done? And it was the coolsculpting. So I went the following week for a consult and scheduled it for myself. I have always had that lower stomach pouch and thicker thighs. Could barely cross my legs before without holding my leg down. Now I can cross my legs easily. All around feel so much better about myself and in my own skin. Best money spent!! Highly recommend!

After having children we all know how our bodies change. Coolsculpting has given me my new contoured curves and I'm loving it! It targets areas that exercise and diet alone was not able to shape and get rid of the problem areas. Definition and tone is more visible now that the extra fat has been removed. It's beyond awesome that I can sit and not have to worry about a muffin top! My waist is defined and smaller which adds more curves and makes my bottom look pretty darn good! I was first introduced to Coolsculpting approx 3 years ago. When I heard about the procedure I was super hesitant and really didnt believe it would work, but I decided to try it anyways. I was treated about in the lower abdominal area first at the office of Dr Brian Young called Body Sculpting & Spa Services in St. Clair Shores MI. When the technician first placed the suction head on my abs I was so shocked to feel how much tissue the head sucked in. It didnt feel to uncomfortable just a major pulling feeling and almost like some one tied a corset really tight around me. The tech then turned on the cold which only lasted about 5 min, then any intense feeling seemed to disappear. After the first application was over (1hr later) the tech removed the head and to my surprise there was this large mound of frozen tissue just sticking out from my ab! She called it the stick of butter said it was good then massaged it down. It felt weird almost tender but numb. We did the other side everything felt the same way as the first application. After my treatment I was able to get up and go about my day. I had tenderness for about a week nothing that prevented me from doing anything. But if my husband grabbed me or my cat tried kneading my tummy it was very sensitive and didnt like it. I then played the waiting game for about 4 weeks and started to panic that nothing was happening. I spoke with the tech and she stated that for the best visual results wait until 8-10 weeks. On the 8th week I just grabbed the area and the stubborn small bulge I had was significantly smaller! It was like it happened over night. Visual everything looked better and my clothes fit better as well. I was a Coolsculpting believer!!! I have since done my flanks, inner and outer legs, arms and under chin over the past 3 years. So areas were a little more stubborn then others and I had to do a second treatment but I did not mind since I knew that the procedure worked. With some areas I did feel a little discomfort when the applicator head was removed but it only lasted about 5 mins, which for me getting the result was worth it! This procedure is fantastic for those areas that have just "always been there" and nothing you do seemed to do budged them. Im very happy with my body, I was before, but even more so now!

I have used spa services from Grosse Pointe Farms to Union Lake and found that cool sculpting is the easiest, most effective means of losing unwanted fat permanently. Body Sculpting & Spa Services in St. Clair Shores is also the 5th spa I've tried to decrease unwanted fat and overall body weight; however, after many years have found cool sculpting the most effective. I am unable to exercise due to some physical disabilities and have found cool sculpting to be the answer to my difficulties with overall physical activity, breathing, weight loss, sleep and, finally, self confidence. I have gone from a size 18 to 10 in 1 1/2 years. Under the care and supervision of Shanel Hill and Sam Tymosiak, consultations and recommendations have lead to me having a more active and healthier life. It is week 3 and recovery is great. I had really crazy itching for the first 4 days and then it subsided. I had one small applicator horizontally placed over my lower stomach/abdominal area (including my belly button area), and one flat panel on my upper abdominal area. The procedure was a breeze, Shanel was amazing, as was Stacy, at Body Sculpting and Spa Services, LLC in St. Clair Shores, MI. They were super comforting and very knowledgeable which made me feel much better about getting the procedure. Overall the pain for the entire process on a 1-10 scale was a 3. So worth it. I am on week 3 and even though its soon, i love my results!
