good dayI prefer to go through a transconjuctival approach for the eye lid bag since the recovery and scar is better. By the photos give by you it appears that there is no excess skin to be removed. and I could see strong forehead glabellar lines which also should be addressed by Botulinum toxin injection.

In our practice for over 30 years, we have only performed trans conjunctival approach for fat removal. The reason for this is that a transcutaneous approach can weaken the lower eyelid muscle and can give ectopion or scleral show.
