Would fillers fix this issue with my nasal sidewall on the left side (right side of photo)? I was told I had a deviated septum years ago but the sidewall collapse is fairly recent. I don’t remember having any trauma and haven’t had any previous surgeries. Would fillers fix the issue aesthetically or would I need to do a rhinoplasty? You can also see it a little bit on the right side as well but not nearly as bad. It’s most apparent when I smile. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Answer: Filler can improve small dents and narrow areas on the nose. Rhinoplasty can yield permanent results
And also consider describing what is bothering you about your nose. Typically somebody's nose may become crooked or asymmetrical after a nasal trauma, however, the singular photo that you submitted is difficult to evaluate. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
It is conceivable that this horizontal line could get better with botox to your frown muscles. If that is not helpful, consider having the filler dissolved. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hi! Your photo suggests that it could be a post treatment hyperemia. You should consult your doctor to get more information and recommendation. You may be advised a steroid based ointment or a laser treatment only after a thorough examination.
