You can ask a good strong friend to hit you on the opposite side to hopefully move things back over. This does not always work. Surgery is best to try and straighten a crooked nose.
It wouldn't be a "fix" exactly but filler can make your nose appear as if it were never broken. non surgical rhinoplasty's are pretty common, consult with a few different doctors and look at their before and after pictures prior to making a decision. the filler used for this could last 12+ months.

Thank you for your question , it’s very unusual for redness lasting for such a long time , possible it’s not related to the filler , I have couple of cases of delayed inflammatory response, but it’s very rare , and usually resolves with some anti inflammatory medications.
