Microneedling Mishape. Any suggestions?

3 Rejuvapen treatments that ended mid December 2015 on neck. Since that time small vertical lines have worsened extensively. I am 44 years old, healthy BMI, non smoker, hydrated and physically active. Can you please tell me what this wrinkling looks like, if microneedling caused it, and non invasive treatment options to get my neck texture back to how it was before microneedling. The wrinkles are most prominent when turning or stretching my neck. Thanks!
