I'm 5'2", part Asian, weigh 112-115. I've had lower eyelid surgery about 20 years ago. I was told by one doctor that I didn't have enough fat under my eyes to reposition the fat. Another doctor told me that he would just remove what I have, but I'm afraid of having hollow eyes. Do you accumulate more fat in the area with age? Should I wait to have the procedure to correct the bags? Is there any laser treatment that can tighten that area? Do filler work well?
