Based on the photographs, I believe you are a suitable candidate for both facelift revision surgery and necklift surgery. The scar tissue and cervical skin laxity resulting from your previous face and neck lift procedures can be effectively corrected with these procedures. Facelift revision aims to address the scars and contour irregularities from the previous surgery by reshaping the underlying tissues and tightening the skin. The necklift procedure involves tightening the platysmal bands and removing excess skin and fat to correct the sagging in the neck area. With these procedures, we can achieve a smoother and more youthful appearance.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos there is a high probability of scarring in every surgery, even if it is minimal, but as far as I can see from your photos, you need to have a revision surgery, I suggest you first tell your surgeon who operated on you about the situation. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Thank you for your query. You will benefit from further tightening of your neck and possibly the face skin with an upper lip lift . Injection of fillers or autologous fat will also help improve the contours. I do not see the scars in the photograph but those can be improved as well. Please discuss all your concerns with your plastic surgeon who should be able to help. All the best.
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the picture they took. The picture included does not allow us to make a good assessment regarding your procedure.Consider reposting with a complete set of proper before and after pictures.Plastic surgery outcomes are primarily due to two variables. The first is the patient candidacy for the procedure and the second is provider selection or the skill of the surgeon. If you’re unhappy with the outcome, then you may need a revision procedure or have the surgery done by somebody who is more experienced.Surgeons are responsible for surgical outcomes.Patients are responsible for provider selection.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
