Question

I have lived my whole life so far thinking there was nothing wrong with my face, but now cant stop thinking my face is too small and my eyes are too close together. I have ever only recieved one comment before and i have been gettinngbad anxiety witch is causing me to constantly think about my face. Im hoping if loose weight I can fix it. Please let me know your thoughts

My friend, nothing to worry about.  Your face is fine.  If you have lived your whole life not worrying about your face, then you certainly shouldn't let one person's comment change that.

You have a great face and great features. I do not think your eyes are too close together, but I can see that the width of your face may be causing an aesthetic imbalance – this is very common in young men going through puberty as the mandible grows and widens.

I agree and think that if you loose some weight, the volume of your cheeks may reduce which will help improve your self confidence.

If you notice no change after weight loss, you could try some Masseter Botox which helps to relax the masseter muscle in the jaw and has a narrowing effect.
