I am having Lipoma Removal Surgery on Tuesday, December 12th. The Lipoma is right next to my spine. I work at a daycare. I teach eight two-year olds. The changing table in my room has steps. I was told that they would cut the shape of a football to remove it. I would have stitches and probably be off a week.

Answer: Recommend time off will determine size of Lipoma. Typically one to two weeks of no strenuous activities.
