My surgeon moved my alar rim closer to my columella. He didn’t take much off, less than 1mm, but he moved it a lot, leaving a round shape to it that I didn’t like. Is it possible to move it back to where it was before, further away from the columella? Sorry if I mispelled something, english is not my first language.
