Hello, what options aside from massages would help with my triangular shaped nostrils? Is my columella too triangular and wide causing this? Best solutions would be helpful

When you push the side walls of your nostrils in, it tends to lead to a somewhat wide nasal bridge appearance. Additionally, you have a bit of a retracted columella and high nostril margins. It is unclear, whether a law plasty alone would make you happy with the appearance of your nose. Please...

Pinching the nostrils together is unlikely to make a noticeable change in the cartilages. However if you are concerned about the flare then Alarplasty is the way to go. Regards Dr. Janjua
