Is my desired look realistic/achievable with just alarplasty & am I a candidate for it? (Photos)

Question

I don’t like how my nostrils flare out on the sides and point upwards. This causes my nose tip to APPEAR like it’s pointing down even though my nose tip is fairly neutral. I also don’t like how the inside of my nostril is visible on the sides of my nose. I am hoping that through alarplasty that I can reduce the flare as well as get my nostril skin to cover the sides of my nostrils therefore only allowing my nostrils to open up in the front and bottom of my nose. When you push the side walls of your nostrils in, it tends to lead to a somewhat wide nasal bridge appearance. Additionally, you have a bit of a retracted columella and high nostril margins. It is unclear, whether a law plasty alone would make you happy with the appearance of your nose. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist. Thank you for your question. I honestly don’t think you need a rhinoplasty done or alarplasty. Your nose looks fine the way it is. But if  you want it done and find a surgeon to do it I would have no problem with that.,
