The high cohesively helps the shaped implants keep their anatomical shape (like half a pear), compared to round cohesive II or round cohesive I implants (which are more like half an orange).They are very high quality implants. "Gel" tells you that your implants are filled with gel and not saline. Otherwise, they would say saline.
