I had a bilateral mastopexy a year ago to correct developmental breast issues. I was somewhat anxious about the procedure beforehand but it’s something I’ve wanted for a long time and finally plucked up the courage to get it done.

I felt really lucky to have found Miss Highton who listened to what I wanted, was very professional, reassuring and incredibly patient in answering all my questions - no matter how many there were I felt like her door was always open to me. She helped me weigh up the pros and cons for potential further surgery and I was grateful that she was so open and honest with me.

A year on and I feel so much more confident and happier and I wish I had done it a long time ago. I felt like I was in very good hands from start to finish and I’d thoroughly recommend Miss Highton to anyone, she is fantastic in her field of work and gives life changing results.

Literally the most amazing transformation I could have ever wished for…


After realising I had tuberous breasts at a young age, I have toyed with the idea of plastic surgery for years but never really been convinced the outcome would be pleasing or what I’d wished for. The whole process was a scary prospect as no other surgeons offered good after pictures nor were any of the encounters I had pleasant or reassuring. In fact they’d been upsetting and generally horrid. And then I met Miss Highton.

Recommended through a family friend I was told I could go nowhere else, and she was certainly right. From the initial consultation I could tell this was the right route. A wholly professional approach to the issue, with a two stage procedure planned. Totally sensible and systematic to produce the desired result.

After the first op ( nipple reduction and mastopexy) my chest was literally transformed. Using cutting edge treatments such as the pico dressings, complications were kept at bay, and the slightest concerns were addressed immediately through direct communication with Miss Highton herself. I could never have felt in safer hands.

6 months later, I’ve had implants to provide the boobs I could only ever have dreamt of, hard to believe the initial photos were even of me. Miss Highton’s approach throughout has been so kind, understanding and personable, yet thoroughly focused on the ‘job in hand’. The lady is a wonder woman, truly gifted in her field in all respects. I cannot recommend Miss Highton more highly, no matter what the procedure. I shall be eternally grateful.

I can’t recommend Dr Highton enough. I had been considering breast reduction surgery for a long time however after a few consultations I decided to wait as I did not feel completely confident. I found Dr Highton recommended through a breast reduction Facebook group and also Instagram and decided to book an consultation. From the very first time meeting her I felt so relaxed and sure that this would be the surgeon I would go with even if it meant travelling a few hours. The communication and care throughout the whole experience was amazing, I did not have a specific size or particular look in mind but I fully trusted Dr Hightons experience and judgement and what a perfect job she did. The scars nearly 8 weeks post op look great and a barely noticeable, I can finally feel comfortable in my body and I couldn’t be happier with the way they look and feel.
