Hello! I would like to have breasts like on the photo below. Which implants should I take? I already had two consultation and the first surgeon said I need mentor xtra hp and the second said I should never go with xtra, just the normal mentor hp (both said around 370-405ml) my weight 65kg me height 167cm

I think the volume is right and that's the important thing.,I don't think there would be much difference between high and extra high. But if it worries you at all go with the high profile. Then you don't have to worry and you'll get a nice result.

Good morning,
The HPs and XHPs are both great implants, and for your body I believe 400cc is around the right size- what would make me determine the profile would be comparing your base width diameter with the diameters of the two profiles- in other words which one is the closest match to your natural base width? That's the profile I would choose.
